- Should have experience in handling HR operations such as Documentation, induction, confirmation etc.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms/Social media.
- Should have worked on junior level hires and achieved closures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be proactive and have an eye for detail.
